🎃 TOTE-ally September: Jack O’Lantern Tote

Some handmade things get used once – and some become part of the family traditions. 🧶

I designed the Jack O’Lantern Tote to be big enough for a serious night of trick-or-treating—16″ x 16″—and sturdy enough to come back out of the Halloween decorations year after year.

I can just imagine a child or grandchild carrying the same handmade pumpkin bag every Halloween…and someday remembering exactly who made it for them.

And here’s a little treat for the crocheter, too:

🎃 This one is Level 1–Easy!

There are no angle stitches—just SCBLO and DCFLO mosaic overlay stitches—so it’s an approachable project even if you’re newer to mosaic crochet.

Of course, you don’t HAVE to give it to the kids. Fill it with yarn and call it a Halloween project bag. I won’t tell. 😂
